while enjoying the rush of the game!

BASKETBALL
INTRODUCTION
Basketball involves dribbling, throwing, catching and pivoting, all which help the development of your child’s gross motor skills.

T-BALL
PROGRAM
T-Ball is a great first step towards playing baseball or softball. It teaches kids hand-eye coordination and other basic skills for these sports.

SOCCER
SKILLS CAMP
Soccer helps children develop their gross motor skills through running and kicking drills. The sport also teaches them about the importance of teamwork.

ATHLETICA
MIX
Our Athletica Mix session is a combination of popular activities that teaches begginer athletes the basic skills for all sports through a variety of fun activities.
